Chocolate Avocado Pudding



  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa or carob powder
  • 1 cup of sweetener (honey, maple syrup, dates)


Blend avocados, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
